The apartment - in the second photo below this is the lower apartment of the two shown, is located close to all central amenities including the clubhouse, sports areas, sauna and Turkish bath. Within a few minutes walk you reach tennis, basketball and golf and importantly, the wonderful clubhouse with its panoramic views across the golf course to the mountains beyond. With ample parking at the entrance to the apartment access becomes easy. The clubhouse can be reached by road or by paths and steps down from the apartment. A free form pool is close by although if you prefer you can head for the outdoor pool at the clubhouse or the indoor pool next door. The apartment itself is nicely furnished with sofa bed in the living area making it possible to sleep up to 4. This is ideal for families with one or two small children. The apartment is safe and secure and on the level to the garden area. The main bedroom has a double bed and closet with views out across the garden. A family sized bathroom is next door. The living area has a TV, DVD, occasional tables and 2 sofas (one a sofa bed) giving plenty of seating flexibility. The living area flows out onto the patio giving a feeling of space. The kitchen and dining area is found behind the living area. This has all the necessary amenities including a hob, microwave, fridge freezer and is fully stocked with cutlery, glasses, pots and pas etc.

Notes and Additional InformationServices included in the rental rate and extra info: The final cleaning is included in the rental rate. The terraces are cleaned each week. The pool is maintained by the resort management team on an on-going basis. In the evening, the resort team will water the plants, if needed, or take care of the garden as required. Expenses such as electricity, water and gas are included in the rental rate. You can buy most food stuffs at the on site supermarket or at the Sunset Cafe 500m and small shop 150m from the resort entrance. If you request a welcome pack the price will be added to your total cost. This is organised by the owners representatives in Bodrum. We can also help you rent a car if required. Please read the rental agreement before booking as this is legally binding on both parties to the agreement.
Excursions and sightseeing: There are multiple offers for organized trips in Bodrum. You can make various excursions by boat , for example to the Greek islands of Rhodes and Kos, plus hire private boat charters. Gulluk and Bodrum both have harbours which support water sports. You can also make trips to Iasos, Ephesus, Pamukkale (with its lime terrace) and many to many other interesting locations. The best seasons are spring and autumn (April / May and September / October). If you are interest in self organized trips, there are many possible destinations all reached by a small bus or by a rented car.
